This vaccine card holder has been embroidered on metallic purple faux suede fabric and measures approximately 5x7 inches. If you would prefer a different color vinyl to be used please enter it below.  The clear vinyl window will hold a US size vaccine card or anything measuring approximately 3"x4". Choose your preferred hardware. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
