SHIPPING POLICY
I ship Monday-Friday via USPS within two business days of sale completion for in-stock items unless listing states otherwise. Custom orders usually ship within 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise. Any shipping overages of $1 or more will be refunded upon shipment of order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds/exchanges will be available within 3 days of receiving your item if for some reason you find a flaw in a product you've purchased. In some cases exchanges are not available due to the uniqueness of each item I make. Please email me immediately including any relevant photos and I will be happy to help resolve any issues you may have. Custom orders generally do not qualify for refunds or cancellations and are decided on a case by case basis, please email me for more information.
